We use the LifeWorkx program, a self-discovery experience where you are the curriculum.

MY UNIQUE STORY
As you think through your life what would your Life Map look like? We will help you identify the categories such as Heritage, Heroes/ Villains, Highs/Low Points, Good/Hard Times, Spiritual Journey, and Patterns of emotion and messages in your life. These categories are common to ALL stories and will help you process your Unique Story.

Everyone has a story to tell but most people tell a “safe story.” A safe story reveals only those things which will not be misunderstood or reveal the true self. A real story is filled with both joy and sorrow but seldom gets told because we have not been given a safe place to tell our real story. Many of us have walked through some difficult even traumatic events. We become stuck in our past because of the lies and those lies become our identity. These lies we believe need to be reframed. Reframing is not revising or negating what happened in our story. We are simply taking off the “old frame” and Reframing the story by taking each negative hurtful word or act and Reframing it using words from Scripture and placing Jesus with us in our story. In doing this we can hear the words that Jesus says about us and see ourselves as He has always seen us. Jesus told us in John 8:32 that “the truth will set you free!”
MY UNIQUE DESIGN
Understanding your Unique Design is learning about the personality, or behavioral preferences, God gave you before you were born. Understanding these preferences gives you insight into your leadership, work, and communication style. The most accepted tool worldwide is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. The MBTI is useful in identifying and understanding how you relate to those around you, gain information, make decisions, and organize your life.
Understanding and maximizing your unique combination will also give those you live and work with the ability to understand you better. We unpack each of the four functions from the one we use the most and is most developed to the least developed and how YOU react under stress.

MY UNIQUE STRENGTHS
Not only is your story and design unique, you also have a set of Unique Strengths. These Unique Strengths, like your Unique Design, were “hardwired” before you were born.
To discover your strengths, we use another psychometric assessment tool called, Clifton Strengths, created by the father of positive psychology, Donald Clifton. The assessment identifies five themes of talent, which we call strengths, that make up another part of the unique person you are.
When we focus our attention on developing our strengths we get stronger. When we focus our attention on our weaknesses, we get weaker. This is counterintuitive, but true according to Marcus Buckingham. When we embrace our Unique Strengths, we position ourselves for a lifetime of effective life and ministry. Only 2 out of every 10 people use their strengths everyday. You could be one of those people!
MY UNIQUE DESTINY
Everyone of us wants to be apart of something that is bigger than they are. Here in this final step of the self discovery process we need to revisit your Unique Story. For it is there that you will discover and begin to piece together the revealing signs of what you wanted to be when you grew up through childhood play and dreams. This is not an adult “bucket list,” but rather things that captivated your heart and made your spirit soar as a child.
These are the clues to your Unique Destiny that got lost along the way.

These things are important to you to begin to identify what you have known all along: there are activities, projects, people, events, and etc., that give you energy versus the things that drain the very life out of you. You will develop your Top 10 Personal Values list and identify the 5 that will bring you the most fulfilling and unique destiny. These personal values will motivate you and give you personal satisfaction in your life and in your relationships at home and in the workplace.
